Demographic Ad Targeting use only in case the social login authentication is active. In case could only be used when social networks login is allowed because of the data collected during the authentication process. If social login is not active, the targeted ad (e.g. to male between 25 - 50) will not be delivered because the user is not known. Select the minimum and maximum age of the people who will find your ad relevant. Under Gender choose "All" unless you want to target only either specifically men or women. Gender and age information are gained from social media athentication. Some people don't is collected when social network login is active. However, some people do not specify their gender on social networks, so the only way to reach everyone is to select "All".

Geo, Device & OS targeting depends on the aggregate information that is delivered without user authentication.
