How To Track Mobile App Ad Installs (Mobile App Tracking - MAT)

How to create a method to verify whether an app was downloaded and installed.

How it works

An advertiser often like to know how many installs of their application result from the advertising activity. What needs to be done is to embed a short piece of code within the app. You will then be able to see the total number of installs, conversion percentage and cost per install (CPI) in the Mobile App Tracking (MAT) provider dashboard. You will need to know your own unique identifier - the Click URL. The unique Click URL should be provided by the MAT provider for each APP.

 

There are already working platforms such as AppsFlyer or linktrust and many others which should satisfy those requests. MAT is available for any iOS or Android application.

How to use Click URL in SOCIFI Dashboard administration:

SOCIFI just needs to administer the unique Click URL provided by MAT provider. Reports can be then obtained from the MAT provider.

SOCIFI Dashboard > Campaigns > Create new ad > App Install > App store, Google Play or Windows Marketplace URL to your app - That is your Click URL / Ad click
