Declined Credit Cards and Payments
With no added credit card you can't:
- Pay for tariff subscription.
- Pay for 3rd party advertising. (charge credit for 3rd party advertising)
- Provide and receive SMS authentication and other Premium functions (API, Custom Terms & Conditions, White Label and more).
Fix payment issues on your account (credit card declined)
- Make sure, you insert the accepted payment method.
- Insert the card number without spaces and hyphens.
- Make sure you entered the correct expiration date.
- Make sure the card has not expired.
- Insert the correct security code (or CVC / CVV).
- Verify that the billing address on your profile matches the billing address of your statement credit or debit card.
- If the problem persists even after the following steps above, contact your bank for more information regarding declined payments.
Banks may refuse payment because of insufficient funds or because of the specific card limitations
Possible problems with bank accounts
Here are the most common problems adding credit card payments.
- Insufficient funds: Make sure your bank account has sufficient funds to cover the costs.
- Billing information: Make sure your credit card number and name that you specify in your profile is correct and match the cardholder.
- Foreign payments: Make sure your credit card supports payments abroad.
- Online paments: Make sure your credit card supports payment via the Internet.
- Payment limits: Make sure the set limits are not less than the amount charged services.
My card / payment was declined. What happens to the services I use?
To subscribe to paid SOCIFI services SOCIFI, you will need to update your information or add a different credit card. If payment information is not updated, the services will be restricted under appropriate conditions.
