Captive Portal is not loading properly (Cap100)

If you see the screen similar to the image below, the Walled Garden settings on this network do not work properly or requested resources are unreachable for other reasons.

To fix the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Check and update your Walled Garden settings
  2. Restart your WiFi equipment (router, access point...)
  3. Check your Walled Garden settings work properly
  4. If steps 3 fails, try to use work-around solution described at add the following IP ranges to the Walled Garden List
  5. Check your Walled Garden settings work properly again
  6. If step 5 fails, take the results and determine why specific resources are unreachable. The required resources may be blocked by Firewall settings, Network Policy etc.
