Account hierarchy

Hierarchies are great for keeping projects, account, brands, hotspots and advertising content separate. If you are a large company with many divisions, you can create sub-accounts for each business unit or solution area.

Hierarchy for WiFi Venue Operators

Are you a WiFi venue operator or system integrator who helps a client manage multiple venues? If so, you can create a hierarchy structure to keep client brands (venues) separate. When you setup clients as a single account, the account owner can see activity in other client brands (venues). Under each brand, they can manage the content and network.

Hierarchy for Mobile Network Operators

If your company has multiple divisions or operate geographically separate venues, hierarchies can help you localize projects and networks. You can sub-accounts under the Partner account level. This sub-accounts will be accessible from your Partner Account.

If you want to localize content, setup sub-accounts for each client, venue or hotspots operating group. Users in each of these sub-accounts cannot see the activity in their sibling sub-accounts.
