Summary

There is an issue with Facebook Like on Android OS devices in "Sign in to network" window, so Facebook Like is temporarily disabled when a user is connecting to the WiFi in  in "Sign in to network" window. For more information visit xxxxxxx. If you leave a comment to the Facebook team, it may help to solve this issue earlier.

Reproduce

"Sign in to network" is Android window which is opened when an user connects to Wi-Fi requiring authentication on Captive Portal. Some of those authentications allow a user to log in through Facebook. The Facebook Like can be served on a Captive Portal, but from some reason it doen't work as expected in the "Sign in to network" window. It work as expected in regular browsers such is the Chrome.

How to reproduce this bug

  1. Prepare Captive Portal with Facebook Like plugin
  2. Log to Wi-Fi which is requiring authentication on prepared Captive Portal
  3. Wait for "Sign in to network" windows open
  4. Try to use Facebook Like, blank windows appears after click on Like

Workaround

Facebook Like is disabled (hidden) on Android OS devices in the "Sign in to network" window.
